The Wet Area: Recovery Built Into Every Membership

Three experiences. One wet area. Which one does your body need?

At 24 Power Fit, the wet area isn't a premium bonus tacked onto membership, it's a fundamental part of how we train. We believe recovery is where progression actually happens, and we ask our Plympton Park members to treat it with the same seriousness as their workout.

Recovery Is Included,
Not an Add-On

Full access to the wet area

Heated pool, sauna, cold plunge, jacuzzi and steam room are completely included in standard membership. No premium tier, no "add-on" fee, no lock-in contract. Just genuine, all-inclusive access from $13 a week.

32°C
All Year Round

The 32°C Difference

Most commercial gym pools sit around 28°C. Ours don't. We deliberately keep our heated pool at 32°C, all year round, because that extra warmth makes a real difference: deeper joint relief, faster muscle relaxation, and a stronger circulation response than a standard pool temperature delivers.

It's a level of heat built for longer, more comfortable recovery sessions, and it's a big reason members managing chronic pain choose 24 Power Fit's wet area over a standard 24-hour gym pool.

The Recovery Protocol

For best results, we recommend cycling through the wet area 2 to 3 times a week as part of your regular training routine, not just an occasional treat.

01

Heated Pool (32°C)

Best for: Joint pain, low-impact cardio, active recovery.
How long: 20-30 minutes.

Start here. A 20-30 minute stay warms up the joints and is a crucial first step for increasing overall circulation before you move into deeper heat.

02

Sauna

Best for: Deep muscle soreness, relaxation, circulation.
How long: 10-15 minutes.

Spend 10-15 minutes in the sauna to flush lactic acid and drive deep muscle recovery. Heat exposure at this level also spikes growth hormone production and can burn up to 70 calories per session.

03

Cold Plunge

Best for: Inflammation, mental clarity, post-workout reset.
How long: 2-5 minutes.

Finish with a brief 2-5 minute cold plunge to reduce inflammation and reset the nervous system. The cold water triggers thermogenesis, burning over 100 calories as your body works to rewarm itself.

04

Jacuzzi & Steam Room

Best for: Hydrotherapy, detox, respiratory opening.
Experience: Therapeutic spa & steam room.

A therapeutic spa offering targeted hydrotherapy, plus a dedicated steam room space to detox, breathe, and properly switch off.

Pool (32°C) Sauna Cold Plunge

For the complete recovery benefit, follow the full circuit in sequence: warm up in the heated pool, work deep into sore muscles in the sauna, then finish with a cold plunge reset. It's the full protocol, included in every 24 Power Fit membership with every visit.
